Hello and welcome to my webfolio application for QTLS. My name is Julie Hughes and I work in the School of Education at the University of Wolverhampton. I am also currently seconded to ESCalate, the HEA subject centre for Education.

This webfolio should be read alongside the submitted IfL profile.

Here is the narrative of my journey into teaching.

I have worked in Teacher Education for the post-complusory sector at the University since September 2002. Prior to this I worked at Matthew Boulton College in Birmingham. I currently support students and staff across the School and its Partners in their use of the e-portfolio system, pebblePAD, to develop ePDP and eCPD e-portfolio-based learning. As part of this ongoing mentoring I am supporting a group of Teacher Educators from the PCE Partnership in their applications for QTLS.

To consider my application seriously I would like you to share my students' narratives - here is Lucia an FD student and Jenny and Emma, PGCE students reflecting upon their learning experiences.
